6 Month Warranty
All CR1 units come with a 6 month international warranty, that covers all manufacturing defects and faulty components.
The CR1 is hand built, and uses the highest quality components. Along with our meticulous testing and rigorous quality control, we've never had any issues to date.
That said, while 95% water tight, if fully submerged or drenched, the internal components of the CR1 can get damaged by water or chemicals.
As such, the warranty does not cover damages caused from improper handling, water damage, attempted repair or modification, regular wear and tear such as - cosmetic damage, the minor rusting of screws, etc.
But what happens if my CR1 stops working? Don't worry, we've always got you covered!
